About the role

This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll play a critical part in ensuring the right raw materials and packaging are available, on time and ready for production. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of raw materials and packaging across our Melbourne and Adelaide sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating inbound deliveries across our Melbourne and Adelaide sites
  • Working with freight forwarders and customs brokers on imported shipments
  • Maintaining accurate supplier, item, cost, lead-time and purchasing data
  • Supporting stocktakes, inventory accuracy and reporting
  • Working closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Quality and Finance to keep materials moving

About you

  • 2–4 years' experience in supply chain, materials planning, purchasing, procurement or inventory
  • Experience managing purchase orders and supplier deliveries
  • Strong Excel and ERP/purchasing system skills
  • An understanding of BOMs, lead times, requirements planning and reorder points
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply issues
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant supply chain, logistics, procurement or business qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence

About us

We're Aptco / Nova Concepts Australia, a growing business. You'll work across our Melbourne operations, building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams while helping identify opportunities to improve the way we manage materials and inbound supply.
