The Supply Chain Coordinator keeps the flow of materials, inventory and orders moving smoothly across Colquhoun's operations. This role sits at the centre of purchasing, logistics and inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure the right products arrive in the right place, at the right time and at the right cost.
The Supply Chain Coordinator works closely with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouse staff and the Demand Planning team, and works within the Supply Chain team to support the Supply Chain Manager's accountability for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy and supplier performance.
In addition to day-to-day order and shipment coordination, this role plays a key part in:
• Improving supplier performance and on-time delivery through disciplined tracking and follow-up.
• Reducing costs and lead times through stronger purchasing and logistics coordination.
• Maintaining accurate, reliable data in the ERP/inventory system to support confident decision-making.
About Colquhoun's
Colquhoun's is Australia's longest-serving importer of industrial packaging, operating continuously since 1888. Today, we are a progressive, growth-driven business supplying innovative packaging solutions to the Agribusiness sector — including FIBCs, WPP, BOPP, onion nets, hessian and jute sacks.
We are a small, ambitious national team with a clear growth agenda. Our culture is built on Tenacity, Professionalism, Cheer & Fun, Selflessness and Care — values that genuinely guide how we work, lead and support one another.
As we accelerate our expansion, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team who brings commercial maturity, strategic thinking and a proven ability to balance service, cost and working capital.
