Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage all purchase orders according to their required ETA dates to ensure they arrive on time and expedite as needed
  • Develop and uphold positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end management of inventory including monitoring, adjusting forecasts, participate in stocktakes, investigate solutions and provide optimisation reports
  • Order all Hardware, Consumables, Spare Parts, and Software from local and overseas suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchases and availability when required by internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Domino ITM04 rental replenishment
  • Maintain insignia Vendor Warranty processes and data integrity.
  • Be a proactive team member and embrace continuous Improvement, contribute to developing and evolving company functions, projects, and programs.
