JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain process, ensuring efficient demand and production planning, and optimizing logistics operations.You are the behind-the-scenes superstar making sure the magic happens. Your Core Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Oversight
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across all store locations and our mobile experience.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with Square. The store would be counting and this position would monitor the store counts.
  • Flag low-stock items and seasonal surges in advance.
  1. Ordering & Replenishment
  • Place and track orders with vendors based on par levels and growth projections.
  • Ensure inventory arrives in time for twice-monthly store shipments. And file any claims that happen because of damaged shipments
  1. Shipping & Delivery Coordination
  • Pack and label shipments accurately for each location. And effectively to ensure products aren’t damaged
  • Coordinate timely deliveries.
  • Track transit status and resolve delivery issues swiftly.
  1. Product Management
  • Track SKUs for all products, including new launches and reformulations.
  • Ensure packaging, labels, and materials are stocked and consistent.
  • Monitor and update fragrance oil supplies, especially for top 10 notes.
  1. Event Preparation (In-Store & Off-Site)
  • Prep product kits and materials for pop-ups, workshops, and activations.
  • Coordinate restocks and supplies needed for special store events.
  • Collaborate with store teams to anticipate product needs and guest flow.
  1. Communication & Documentation
  • Share weekly shipment updates with leadership and each store.
  • Maintain organized digital records of purchase orders, vendor info, and shipping logs.
  • Communicate clearly and often—no mystery shipments, please!
  1. Cleanliness & Organization
  • Keep storage and shipping areas tidy and efficient.
  • Label clearly and create systems others can follow.
  • Follow safety guidelines for handling oils, glass, and shipping supplies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in supply chain management or related fields.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, production planning, and logistics processes.
Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain software applications.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in a production environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
