QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and supplier management.
  • Strong skills in SAP and Excel; comfortable analysing and improving replenishment set-ups.
  • It Is a plus if you have experience or wants to develop automation and AI-driven solutions
  • You bring a innovative, collaborative mindset to improve supply chain processes.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).

ARE YOU READY TO KEEP THE WIND TURNING? AS OUR NEW SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR, YOU’LL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN ENSURING THE RIGHT MATERIALS REACH OUR ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE WIND SITES - ON TIME, EVERY TIME. FROM PLANNING STOCK IN SAP TO COORDINATING DELIVERIES AND SOURCING ALTERNATIVES UNDER PRESSURE, YOU’LL HELP SECURE TURBINE AVAILABILITY AND ENABLE FOSSIL-FREE OPERATIONS ACROSS EUROPE.

You will join Supply Management within our Business Area Wind Organization. The team partners closely with site planners, warehouse, procurement and engineering to keep our onshore/offshore assets running, ensuring the right materials are in stock, alternatives are sourced quickly, and inventories are planned and governed efficiently. Day-to-day work is SAP-centric, data-driven, and highly collaborative across sites and central functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES:

  • Stock Planning & Replenishment: Manage, monitor and improve the setup for replenishment of coded (SAP) materials for WTGs and Balance of Plant; review and optimise stock parameters with sites and central functions.
  • Master Data & Contracts in SAP: Maintain outline agreements, source lists, prices and material master data; act as requisitioner for all coded materials; prepare for converting of requirements to POs and support the related invoice process.
  • Shortage Management: Participate in turbine-down order handling; seek market alternatives to secure availability; enable and coordinate material sharing across sites.
  • Delivery Coordination: Follow up deliveries with Operational Procurement, Warehouse Management and sites; expedite when needed; plan and coordinate refurbishment flows with warehouse to support sustainable operations.
  • Compliance & Governance: Support adherence to Export Control, Customs and environmental requirements in Supply Management activities.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong supplier relationships; provide performance feedback and align with Commercial Management & Procurement on terms and escalations.
  • Continuous Improvement & Risk: Proactively automate and standardise recurring steps; analyse risks in the supply chain and implement mitigating actions.
