SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR WANTED

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Supply Chain Coordinator is the go-to person for all things supply chain—ensuring our venues always have what they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll oversee stock availability, supplier performance, and operational efficiencies, ensuring seamless communication between suppliers and venues.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Managing stock availability so our venues never run out of key ingredients

Being the first point of contact for supply chain issues between suppliers and venues

Tracking and reporting supplier performance to ensure accountability

Scheduling and communicating delivery plans, including public holiday adjustments

Maintaining accuracy in our ordering system to streamline operations

Monitoring stocktake results and identifying areas for improvement

Implementing supply chain efficiencies to improve speed and reliability
