Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Supply Chain Customer Liaison Coordinator, you will ensure all blank garments are ordered in a timely manner. Arranging for the garments to be embellished by our nominated external supplier and returned as a finished garment. Allowing for the inventory to be processed back into the NDC for onward sale.
As well, you will assist with the engagement of all supply chain processes, to improve Rubix compliance and effectiveness for strategic customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with external suppliers to ensure products are available and expedite to cover customer demand for all workwear embellishment.
  • Liaise with the internal branch network, informing them of any issues relating to embellished garments.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to collectively obtain alternative options for blank garments with delays.
  • Collating all supplier details to manage customer orderbooks. To advise earliest delivery dates.
  • Updating internal records with details from supplier order acknowledgments.
