Provides critical support for BI activities bridging foundational data tasks and intermediate analytics by extracting data, maintaining dashboards, and assisting in intermediate analysis. Act as a foundation for data preparation and reporting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
Provides critical support for BI activities bridging foundational data tasks and intermediate analytics by extracting data, maintaining dashboards, and assisting in intermediate analysis. Act as a foundation for data preparation and reporting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.

Data Extraction & Preparation:

• Use tools like OTBI, SAP Business Objects, and Excel to extract and prepare data.
• Ensure data quality and consistency before analysis. Clean and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy.

Intermediate Reporting:

• Develop standard reports and dashboards using Power BI or Excel, incorporating simple filtering and sorting options.
• Regularly update routine (daily/weekly) data extractions and performance reports (e.g., OTS, ATF, DOB, Open Orders, Inventory Metrics, Quality Dashboard).

Data Maintenance:

• Perform regular data integrity checks and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., Oracle Holiday Calendars, Sourcing Rules).
• Update database records and maintain documentation (e.g., Work Instructions) for data processes.

Support Data Requests:

• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various supply chain teams (e.g., GSC Inventory, Demand Planning, Quality, MDM, Supply Planning, sourcing).
• Organize and maintain SharePoint content for data storage and accessibility.

Collaboration

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in BI tools and data analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to support data-driven projects and gain exposure to advanced analytical tasks.

Years of Experience:

• 2 - 4 years’ experience supply chain function or related field
• Advanced Oracle knowledge Required

Strong proficiency in use of Excel; advanced knowledge of Excel and/or PowerBi is a plus
