A fast-scaling consumer goods company is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to manage inventory, demand planning, and reporting across e-commerce and retail channels. Position Overview This role is responsible for managing inventory, forecasting demand, and supporting supply chain operations across e-commerce platforms, distribution centers, and retail partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced spreadsheet capabilities, and experience in consumer goods supply chains. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure product availability, streamline processes, and support business growth. Build, maintain, and update inventory trackers and demand planning models using Excel and Google Sheets. Monitor stock levels across e-commerce channels, distribution centers, and retail partners to ensure product availability. Develop systems to trigger purchase orders based on reorder points and forecasted needs. Prepare accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, growth trends, and promotional calendars. Provide weekly and monthly reports on stock positions, potential shortages, and replenishment recommendations. Collaborate with manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal teams to align production and supply schedules. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Assist in evaluating and implementing inventory management or ERP systems as the business scales. Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to align demand planning with business goals. Perform other role-specific duties as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and basic modelling Proven experience building trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with strong communication skills for collaboration with a U.S.-based team Familiarity with e-commerce or consumer goods supply chains (preferred) Experience with forecasting methods, ERP systems, or inventory management software is advantageous Highly organised and detail-oriented Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate supply chain challenges Adaptable and flexible in a fast-scaling consumer goods environment Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across time zones Why Join Twoconnect?
