North & Central Europe (NCE) is Vestas’ largest region globally, and within the Service Supply Chain organization, the Supply Chain Customer Care department plays a critical role in supporting Service Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Solid experience in supply chain development, operations, or business process improvement
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving scalable solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams
  • Experience in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of German would be beneficial
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain capabilities and scalability
  • Lead initiatives to reduce SC LPF through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Align Planning, Logistics, Customer Care and Service Operations to support Supply Chain readiness and growth
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and support strategic decisions
  • Support continuous improvement by developing and implementing optimized processes
