Your Role
This role is vital in accelerating our Life Science‘s supply chain transformation efforts, from piloting deeper optimization scenarios to enabling global rollouts of proven pilots and supporting digital initiatives like Supply Chain Control Tower. Through proactive engagement with cross-functional teams and global distribution networks, your contributions will drive a more competitive, resilient, and future-proof E2E supply chain.

What You Do

  • Drive and support a range of strategic digital and data analytics supply chain (SC) projects, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and significant global outreach.
  • Take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing key pilot projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that regional solutions are scalable globally.
  • Leverage expertise in data analytics (including AI/ML), supply chain management tools, and coding (i.e., Python, Palantir Foundry), to build future-ready solutions that deliver efficiencies and capabilities across our Life Science‘s End-to-End (E2E) supply chain.
  • Project Management & Execution: Lead optimization pilots, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use technical skills (data analytics, coding, and modeling) to tackle complex supply chain challenges; develop data-driven solutions to optimize and refine our Life Science supply chain metrics processes.
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure local/ regional solutions can scale globally, aligning APAC developments with the broader company strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Distribution, Commercial and DDIT Data, Digital) to define technical requirements, identify process improvements, and steer change effectively.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on project status, impact, and requirements.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Digital and Data Analytics; Candidates with past Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python) and advanced analytics, with experience in Palantir Foundry or similar platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable data architectures
  • Proven success working cross-functionally, influencing diverse teams, and delivering on complex, global projects.
  • Strong problem-solving approach and effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
