THE ROLE

As Supply Chain Director, you’ll sit at the heart of our operational engine, leading end-to-end supply chain functions with authority, accuracy, and agility. You’ll be the driving force behind optimising systems, scaling infrastructure, and building a high-performing team that delivers excellence, always.
You’ll bring proven expertise in operational systems, S&OP, NPD and strategic planning, alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver world-class products across the globe, on time and in style.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the Supply Chain Strategy: Design, lead and evolve a best-in-class global supply chain that aligns with our growth ambitions.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensuring the supply chain is maintained effectively, driving simplification, prompt issue resolution and robust risk management
• System Maintenance and Integration: Lead integration of WMS and supply chain systems, ensuring real-time visibility, automation, and performance tracking. Ensure physical inventory matches system records at all times, through process and control
• Team Leadership: Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, agile team across planning, procurement, logistics, inventory control and NPD
• Accuracy Obsessed: Champion data accuracy, deadline management, communications, forecasting precision, and inventory health across all channels.
• Supplier Partnerships: Negotiate and nurture relationships with global suppliers, distillery partners, warehousing and logistics providers.
• Global Scalability: Ensure the Supply Chain is future-proofed to scale across new markets, SKUs, and distribution models.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, E-Commerce and Finance teams to create an aligned and responsive supply chain.
• Compliance & Risk: Mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain rigorous quality standards.
• Driving NPD: Ensure innovation and new product plans are delivered in a clear, efficient and cost-effective way.
• Inventory Optimisation and Accuracy: Ensure Inventory levels are efficient through an effective S&OP process, whilst managing ageing, obsolescence, quantity and cost accuracy of physical stock along with system records
