Roles & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to delivery, ensuring seamless product flow and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives, optimizing processes and reducing costs across the entire value chain.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Holds relevant certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Exhibits extensive experience within the manufacturing or retail industry, with a proven track record of success.
