KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Optimization:

• Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance reliability.
• Manage demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.

Logistics & Fulfillment:

• Ensure seamless global logistics operations, optimizing shipping and delivery processes.
• Partner with logistics providers to streamline distribution channels and secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and address logistics challenges, ensuring timely product deliveries.

Vendor and Partner Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to support scalability and product innovation.

Process Improvement and Technology:

• Leverage technology to optimize supply chain operations, such as ERP systems and analytics tools.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, packaging, and supply chain innovation.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the operations team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
