We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain & Distribution Strategy Executive to lead the development and execution of innovative supply chain initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain and distribution strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze logistics data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvements utilizing Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Utilize ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and SAP to manage inventory planning, order fulfillment, and distribution workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
• Lead initiatives for process standardization and automation to enhance operational agility across logistics functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, logistics costs, and delivery accuracy to ensure continuous improvement.
