JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced Supply Chain ESG & Due Diligence Specialists for project-based consulting engagements. This flexible opportunity allows you to collaborate on complex value chain assessments and responsible sourcing initiatives while building your consulting practice through association with our brand and thought leadership initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in supply chain management, ESG due diligence, or responsible sourcing
  • Proven expertise in supply chain mapping, risk assessment, and vendor evaluation processes
  • Strong understanding of labor standards, human rights, and ethical sourcing principles
  • Experience with supplier diversity programs and inclusive procurement initiatives
  • Knowledge of supply chain sustainability frameworks and certification standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Sustainability, or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex supply chain data
  • Project management experience coordinating multi-stakeholder assessments
  • Strong communication skills for engaging diverse supplier networks and internal teams
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with global supply chains

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional certifications: CSCP, CPSM, CSCMP, or equivalent supply chain credentials
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Sustainability
  • Experience with supply chain ESG regulations: EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
  • Knowledge of conflict minerals reporting, modern slavery legislation, and forced labor compliance
  • Background in supply chain technology platforms and supplier management systems
  • Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and environmental impact analysis
  • Industry expertise in manufacturing, retail, technology, or consumer goods
  • Multilingual capabilities for international supplier engagement
  • Third-party audit and verification experience
