As Supply Chain Execution Manager, you will be responsible of ensuring the proper use of the information system related to SAP OTC, PTP & SCM modules, contributing to various projects, supporting business functions and driving our Supply Chain Process Improvement Program mainly through Process Mining tool. You will directly manage a team of 10+ Experts, working with many local and international partners within Cartier and Richemont. Key responsibilities Manage the overall Supply Chain Execution operations’ responsibilities and activities: ensure first class support to key users solving blocking issues; contribute or lead evolution of the information system (enhancement requests, rollouts, implementation of complex flows) challenging, coordinating, testing the solutions in link with Group Tech during maintenance cycles and releases; formalize the business processes; inform and/or train the relevant stakeholders Establish and maintain relevant dashboards to monitor the operation delivery performance and governance, identifying recurring problems and implementing corrective actions Lead our Supply Chain Process Improvement Program using mainly Celonis Process Mining tool, identifying flow deviations, automation opportunities, implementing solutions and ensuring animation of the local & international community Lead the team in their development, creativity, performance and efficiency Manage priorities and organize appropriate resource allocation to achieve objectives Maintain transparent communication within the organization Develop a strong partnership with our main stakeholders within Cartier Supply Chain and Richemont; foster team spirit and synergy among department members, working effectively together Profile You have 6-8 years of relevant experience in operations, with exposure to supply chain, and graduated from an Engineering school You are familiar with SAP OTC, PTP & SCM modules, with a general knowledge in supply network operations You have a proven experience in People Management You have strong analytical, problem solving and synthetic skills. You are pro-active, curious, and familiar with the agile methodology (Jira knowledge is a plus). You have excellent communication skills and ability to interact in a complex matrix organization with technical and non-technical teams. You are fluent both in French and English.
