The mission is to organize the daily delivery of bulk products to the customers while minimizing the costs of distribution and taking into account legal and operational/safety constraints. He is responsible for a continuous customer supplying process thanks to an optimized distribution plan provided by the transport management system. He adapts the plan to the daily constraints (sources, drivers, trailers availability) and to the service commitments made by Air Liquide to its customers. Analyses and closes the loop after delivery to improve system inputs for optimized predictability. Understands dispatching KPIs and defines daily concrete actions to improve them. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Logistics Supervising (30%) - Communication with external Drivers to align actions with terms in contract in daily tasks - Compute, verify & submit expenses (driver expenses, OT, Monthly Driver Bonus) - Evaluate and assess carrier on a monthly basis (compiling data, meetings, etc) - Requalify and training for existing Drivers: safety, translating docs, making quiz,... - Review, identify training requirements and prepare training materials for drivers (requirements/input from ROC, Cluster, Group, AIGA, etc) - Update road safety self-assesment & define action plan - Check validity of permits of staff and vehicles - Renew permits (send requests, scan, upload, fill database) - Prepare documents on customer request - Investigate incident & do reporting (Lost-time Accident, Non-lost-time Accident, Road Safety Event, etc) - Prepare Driver duty roster (accounting for workload, leave, etc) Dispatching (30%) - Self-collect orders management: Check Zalo/Email for new self-collect orders, create and print self-collect Delivery Order (DO) and Certificate of Conformance (COC). - Invoicing tasks: Confirm Self-collect DO with customers and internal teams, confirm trips on system,... - Dispatching: Create & schedule trip in BLAC Logistics Management (30%) - Meeting, working with ROC/Cluster for various multi-affiliate projects on operational level - Input GPS KM to control KM input accuracy - Update changes in DP into Master Data, Update forecasts in PVD file - Executing, managing efficiency projects on operational level - Translate, revise SOPs - Process receipts & update reports for Fuel Fleet Management (10%) - Create PR on ERP system, follow up and perform import/permit of new vehicle - Update availability of vehicles - Arrange monthly vehicle inspection at contracted garage - Assess breakdown in cold part and arrange for repair/replacement with CI - Update changes in fleet into dabase - Verify & confirm maintenance expenses, create PR on ERP system Are you a MATCH? - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - Well-refined Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills with good formatting, data keeping habits & data analysis techniques - Excellent communication English skills (verbal and written). - Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Able to handle unexpected issues with logic & efficiency About Air Liquide A world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
