Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support demand planning, inventory tracking, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and warehouses for timely movement of goods.
• Monitor shipment status, documentation, and customs coordination for cross-border movement.
• Track key supply chain metrics (lead times, fill rates, delivery performance) and flag deviations.
• Liaise with procurement, warehousing, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain supply chain records, MIS reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
• Support compliance with import/export documentation and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional certification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent) preferred.
• AI-conversant candidates, comfortable using AI tools for reporting, research, and process efficiency.
• Prior exposure to international logistics or cross-border trade is a plus.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and standard office/ERP tools.
• Willingness to be based in, or relocate to, Delhi or Dubai as per role requirement.
