Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities.
2. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
3. Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
4. Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
5. Track shipments and resolve any supply chain or delivery-related issues.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and supplier performance.
7. Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on inventory, procurement, and logistics performance.
8. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Finance to meet business objectives.
