Responsibilities

As Supplier Support Executive, you are responsible for driving the business forward by working with the Supplier Support Manager and Supplier Support Senior developing your own working relationships with all stakeholders.
You will build and maintain strong relationships through effective verbal communication skills, these skills will be used to negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates which will enable us to increase profit margin, secure new business and retain long term customers
You will support the Mobilisations & Operations Manager and the Supplier Support Team Leader by implementing changes that are agreed as part of rationalisation plans or supplier changes.
As part of the bid process, you will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams, to deliver a compliant, competitive bid, considering the customer’s objectives and business goals to present a compelling offering.
You will be responsible for reviewing and signing all Service Level Agreements and contracts sent through from Mobilisations & Operations Manager and the Supplier Support Team Leader.
You will manage your workload to ensure that you are able to complete projects in a timely fashion.
You will work as a team to mobilise all new business and de-mobilising all lost business, consulting with the Sales and Account Management Teams to co-ordinate the implementation or removal of services.
