PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY To manage item’s demand and forecast and to ensure continuous on-shelf stock availability GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES a) Forecasting Supply and Demand Requirements: Accurately predict supply and demand to ensure optimal stock availability, preventing shortages and overstock situations. b) Monitoring Inventory Levels: Continuously track inventory levels and allocate stocks as needed to maintain a balanced and efficient supply chain c) Forecasting Supply and Demand Requirements: Accurately predict supply and demand to ensure optimal stock availability, preventing shortages and overstock situations. d) Managing the Purchasing Process: Oversee the purchasing process for trading goods, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and stockouts are avoided. e) Collaborating with Departments: Work closely with departments such as Trading and Operations to ensure that purchasing activities align with the overall business needs and objectives. SECONDARY DUTIES Perform other duties or projects as assigned from time to time by management JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must posses at least Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent Experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning is an added advantage Good in inventory planning, data analysis and forecasting Proficient in Microsoft Office, inlcuding Excel and Powerpoint Having the ability to analyze, understand and interpret patterns and tends Fast learner, problem solving skills, and able to work with minimum supervision and multi tasking
