This is part of your responsibilities

• Supply chain management: Monitoring, analysis & optimization of material & information flows from procurement to delivery
• Production and demand planning: Ensuring timely material availability in close coordination with production and sales.
• Inventory management: Control of stock levels & initiation of measures for range optimization & cost reduction
• Interface function for customers, suppliers & internal departments regarding logistical issues & bottlenecks
• Process optimization: active participation in supply chain projects, digitalization of logistics processes & further development of our KPI systems

What you bring with you

• Completed studies with a focus on logistics / supply chain management, commercial training with relevant further education or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience and demonstrable success in the digitalization and restructuring of supply chains – ideally in the automotive supply industry (IATF 16949)
• In-depth understanding of modern intralogistics concepts, warehouse management systems (WMS), container management systems & transport optimization, lean logistics, lean manufacturing according to TPS
• Safe handling of the SAP modules PP and MM & MS Office
• Analytical thinking skills, organizational talent & solution-oriented work style under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German and English, for communication in an international environment
