JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally minded Supply Chain Finance Manager to support and optimize the financial performance of our end-to-end supply chain in the telecommunications distribution industry. This role serves as a strategic partner across logistics, procurement, and especially inventory management, ensuring cost control, accurate forecasting, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate will have experience managing supply chain financials in a fast-moving, high-volume distribution environment, with a deep understanding of inventory strategy and optimization.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field (required).
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or similar certification (preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years supporting supply chain, distribution, or inventory operations.
  • Experience in a multi-site environment is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory accounting, SKU management, and supply chain cost structures.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of cost accounting, working capital, and inventory management.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence non-financial audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities

Business partnering

  • Act as the financial partner to Procurement and Operations leadership, providing analysis and recommendations that drive cost efficiency and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with inventory and operations teams to establish inventory policies and improve cycle count accuracy, reconciliation, and audit readiness.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making related to procurement timing, MOQ, buffer stock, and demand variability.
