Job Description
The Supply Chain Finance Specialist will ensure business continuity for three Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs from organizational, contractual and technical perspective. This individual will also monitor local SCF markets and coordinate activities while developing and implementing standardized processes, work instructions, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in SCF or working capital-related programs
  • Strong understanding of SCF structures (e.g., dynamic discounting, reverse factoring)
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling SCF programs
  • Familiarity with SCF platforms and integration into ERP and banking system
  • Understanding of SCF-related legal and compliance aspects, onboarding processes and documentation standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
