This role will be crucial for CAPEX management and support overall supply chain finance performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The role will include the responsibilities in the following areas: Preparing monthly capex forecast and reporting after alignment with various stakeholders from factories, warehouses and cabinet operation. Supporting financial activities of capex operation including WBS creation and SAP operations. Preparing monthly capex report for Country General Manager, CFO and Supply Chain Leadership Team. Supporting supply chain finance team with various ad-hoc analysis, presentations and format creation. Supporting digitalization of supply chain finance team. Preparing monthly supply chain finance newsletter for Turkey Board. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Experiences & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related areas 2+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain finance Financial acumen and analytical thinking is a must Understanding of Finance, Accounting and Supply Chain Proficient in SAP & Excel Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Effective prioritizing and can-do attitude Great analytical power and actionable insights generation Good understanding on finance processes and operations SKILLS Budget Management Controllership Stakeholder Management Good Communication and Presentation Business Acumen in Finance LEADERSHIP: PERSONAL MASTERY: Sets high standards for themselves.
