Join Pilgrim's Europe and lead a high-performing logistics team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for warehouse, goods-in, stock control, picking and despatch operations, ensuring safety, service, and operational excellence are delivered every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Logistics Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across the operation.
• Manage stock accuracy, warehouse performance, and material flow.
• Deliver continuous improvement projects using OPEX tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service, cost, quality, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience managing warehouse, despatch, or goods-in operations.

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
