You will work remotely with customers, system administrators, and IT teams to answer questions and provide Tier 1 support to help resolve issues quickly and efficiently. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Respond to questions and problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system. Provide Tier 1 support to fix issues. Escalate questions and issues to System Administrators and Emerson IT as needed. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service. Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality results. You are proactive and resourceful at solving problems. You can proficiently communicate. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate with other people. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related courses. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting software. Ability to break down processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions. Good verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
