Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Supply Chain Support to assist our team. The role will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and compliant operations within a PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical environment. What You'll Be Doing Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Purchasing and Material Planning department. Organize, coordinate, and maintain documentation systems in line with operational requirements. Assist in material planning activities and purchasing-related follow-ups. Support department operations to uphold PIC/S GMP standards within pharmaceutical production. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team. Who We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline. Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility. Able to commit at least two full days per week. Prior exposure to administrative or operational roles is an advantage but not required. Good communication skills in English; Cantonese is a plus. Must hold valid authorization to work in HK.
