Position Summary The RPA Production Support Intern joins the LATAM Supply Chain team to support the management of digital tools and automated solutions governed by the LATAM Innovation Hub. This role is designed for students with a technical interest who want to develop skills in automation, process documentation, and first-level technical support in a regional supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities • Review and prioritize user requests and alerts for digital applications and automated solutions. • Provide basic first-level support and participate in guided troubleshooting activities. • Monitor automated processes (BOTs) and report anomalies to the team. • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories. • Execute operational tasks such as process validation, SLA tracking, and basic report generation. • Learn and apply tools such as Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL. • Work collaboratively with multicultural and cross-functional regional teams. • Actively participate in learning sessions and professional development activities. Required Qualifications • Active student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Intermediate English level (reading and basic communication skills). • Basic academic knowledge of computing, systems, or programming. • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. • Team player, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments. Preferred Qualifications • Basic or academic knowledge of SQL or databases. • Introductory knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). • Introductory exposure to RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere or UiPath. • Academic experience in technology or data analysis projects. • Interest in process automation and continuous improvement.
