Responsibilities

The Data Analyst is core to the data-driven decision making philosophy in Supply Chain and has the responsibility of developing and improving tools & reports whilst ensuring the appropriate level of support is available for all projects,. The Data Analyst ensures that their products are developed and maintained to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance, as well as facilitating efficiencies in supported workflows.

Working closely with all of Supply Chain, including Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Logistics, Sales and Operations Planning and other teams in Technology Operations and Ocado Technology, you will:

  • Provide analytical support; daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicator reporting
  • Provide insights for Supply Chain teams and the senior leadership teams which are clear, unambiguous and actionable, and underpin a positive impact to business performance
  • Coordinate root cause analysis cases that arise from these insights
  • Maintain and enhance tools and services to ensure they deliver efficiency
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of what data is involved where in Supply Chain with the aim of being able to deliver data-centric expert opinion to all relevant areas and projects.
