Description
Responsibilities: 1. Perform total OBIZ daily report by analysing – sales, quantity sold & Fulfilment rate (by channels & delivery mode, such as: Own Platform, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok & etc). 2. Prepare Click & Collect Express (CCE) Weekly Report Performance share & feedback to “Operation Team” by stores level fulfilment rate. 3. Prepare Click & Delivery Express (CDE) Weekly Report Performance share & feedback to “Operation Team” by stores level fulfilment rate. 4. Prepare Express Marketplace (EMP) Weekly Report Performance (Grab Mart & Panda Mart) share & feedback to “OBIZ & Operation Team” by stores level fulfilment rate. 5. Daily direct update to individual Supplier’s by orders level tracker & Weekly Report Performance share & feedback to “OBIZ Trading Team”. 6. Analysing total OBIZ weekly report update tracker on demand trending (by PLUs level, quantity sold, by brands & Category). Requirements: 1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Supply Chain, Logistics or any fields.  2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0. 3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
The intern will analyze daily and weekly sales, fulfillment rates, and demand trends across various e-commerce channels. They are also responsible for preparing performance reports and providing feedback to the operation and trading teams.
