Description
We are seeking a motivated ‘system-thinker’ to join our team for an internship focused on establishing a 'model' system for signaling, ordering, and delivery of materials to our factory for assembly of best-in-class test and measurement equipment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in optimizing supply chain operations. Responsibilities: * Work on efforts to optimize supply chain operations. * Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Build and maintain key relationships with the supply chain team and internal customers, focusing on customer success. * Experience a day in the life of a supply chain professional. Qualifications: * Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study, graduating December 2026 or later.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both large and small groups. * Process-oriented with a curiosity about organizational change and continuous improvement. * Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities. * Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets and formulas to work with large data sets and pivot tables. * Resourceful and creative in overcoming obstacles and turning challenges into opportunities. * A problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for finding innovative solutions
