Location: Tuas, West of Singapore Immediate starters would be an added advantage Job Description: Logistics: Monitor local freight situation & optimize the situation. Generate picking list for transport arrangement. Assist with recording transportation information and filing of delivery notes. Support any ad hoc duties as assigned. Purchasing: To issue Purchase Order for indirect spend, packaging & trading goods in timely manner Follow up with supplier regarding delivery & arrange shipment accordingly. Communicate to internal stakeholders regarding incoming shipments & price enquiries. Assist with new vendor application in system. Support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the team. Qualifications Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate confidently and effectively in English, both spoken and written. Preferred Background: Candidates with an engineering or supply chain background are preferred.
