Job summary: Stratolaunch is seeking a detail-orientated and driven Supply Chain Intern to support our operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to procurement, aircraft parts logistics, inventory control, and vendor coordination critical to maintaining operational readiness. Responsibilities: Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation of aircraft parts and materials. Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper handling and documentation of components. Verify part numbers, traceability documents, and compliance with industry standards. Review and process purchase requisitions into purchase orders. Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle including placement, acknowledgment, and closeout. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to track delivery status and resolve delays. Support supplier performance by escalating issues and coordinating corrective actions. Help maintain arcuate records in Deltek Costpoint and ensure data integrity. Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain processes. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Base salary and leveling are established on a case-by-case basis.
