Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. You will support day-to-day processes, assist in data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating procurement activities and supplier communications. Support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and materials management. Help prepare and analyze supply chain data and performance reports. Participate in demand forecasting and production planning discussions. Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and shipment details. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus (not mandatory) Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual, responsible, and proactive attitude
