Description
As a Supply Chain Inventory Control Specialist, you would be responsible for reporting and monitoring inventory across our retail and dealer locations. also assist in various tasks throughout the supply chain department to cover where needed. This is an onsite position, working from our Warehouse located in Fort Morgan.  Responsibilities and Duties: * Daily/weekly reporting to help track sales and other inventory related pieces to help maintain clean and accurate inventory. * Assist in sending our daily receiving paperwork to our accounting team to process and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete. * Assist with creating weekly purchase orders to help maintain inventory levels in the warehouse and in our retail store locations.  * Work with our fulfillment team to assist in making offering decisions and ensuring the proper procedures are completed for all assurance claims. * Cross trained in all areas in supply chain to assist as needed during peak seasons and to fill in for coworkers’ vacations. * Conduct quarterly inventory counts for all store locations.  Assisting in the verification process for approving store counts. * Work closely with the supply chain team and collaborate to ensure department is running smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications: * A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years of age. * Must possess clear, concise, and professional communication skills.  The Specialist must be able to consistently utilize both verbal and written communication methods to execute the needs of the business and maintain service levels. * Have the aptitude and ability to learn about our plans, services, and technical features of our products and customer accounts. * Experience working with computer systems and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.  * Ability to pass pre-employment processes including substance screen, criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
