Ihre Aufgaben End-to-End Supply-Chain-Steuerung Ganzheitliche Koordination der Materialflüsse zwischen Oelde und Opelika Verantwortung für SAP-basierte Bestell-, Dispositions- und Versandprozesse Sicherstellung von Termin-, Mengen- und Qualitätskonformität Steuerung des Container-Versands (1–3 Container/Woche) in enger Abstimmung mit Logistik, Versand, Zoll und externen Dienstleistern Kosten- und Performance-Steuerung Analyse von Transport-, Prozess- und Bestellkosten Identifikation von Kostentreibern innerhalb der Supply Chain (Transport, Zoll, Verpackung etc.) Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen Einführung und Monitoring geeigneter KPIs zur Performance-Steuerung First Contact & Schnittstellenmanagement Zentrale Ansprechperson für das Werk Opelika bei Supply-Chain-Themen Koordination von Montage- und Qualitätsanfragen mit Bezug zur Materialversorgung sowie im Rahmen von Produktneuanläufen Sicherstellung strukturierter Kommunikations- und Eskalationsprozesse Strategische Weiterentwicklung Analyse bestehender Beschaffungs- und Versandstrukturen Mitwirkung bei Lokalisierungs- und Direktbeschaffungsstrategien Weiterentwicklung standardisierter, SAP-gestützter Prozesse einschließlich der prozessorientierten Begleitung der SAP S/4HANA-Transformation Beitrag zur strukturellen Entlastung des Standorts Oelde Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Supply-Chain- oder Logistikumfeld Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MM, idealerweise SD) Erfahrung in internationaler Materialflusssteuerung und Containerlogistik Stark ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und analytische Kompetenz Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Kenntnisse von Montageprozessen – idealerweise im Bereich Haushaltsgroßgeräte – sind von Vorteil, insbesondere zur Bewertung materialflussbezogener Auswirkungen auf die Produktion. Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of material flows between Oelde and Opelika, including SAP-based order and shipping processes. They will also lead cost-performance initiatives, manage container logistics, and act as the primary interface for supply chain issues.
