QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar field.
• 5+ years’ experience in demand/supply planning or operations.
• Practical experience with IBP/S&OE, scenario planning, and KPI management (OTIF, inventory days, capacity utilization).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor M3 a plus) and strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or Spanish language skills are a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

To turn that ambition into day‑to‑day reality, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Lead to build and run the entire supply chain from our Boxmeer (NL) pilot plant. You’ll be the supply‑chain point person inside Cellfeed -close to the science, hands‑on in operations, and thoughtful about what needs to scale next.
You’ll bridge two strengths: Cellfeed’s agile, innovation‑focused environment and Nutreco’s Global Supply Points (GSP) - our internal production and logistics network across the Netherlands, Germany, and the USA that supports Trouw Nutrition globally. As part of the GSP community, you’ll tap into proven standards, systems, and expertise, then right‑size them for a small, R&D‑driven setup.
The goal is simple and ambitious: deliver seamless planning, inventory, and logistics today, while building scalable processes for tomorrow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and evolve Cellfeed’s end‑to‑end supply chain: planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Lead weekly S&OE and monthly IBP cycles; turn scenarios into clear decisions.
• Partner with Global Supply Points to adopt best practices while tailoring them to Cellfeed’s scale and pace.
• Shape policies for planning, replenishment, and inventory; optimize working capital without compromising service.
• Coordinate logistics and warehousing with external providers; drive continuous improvement in cost‑to‑serve.
