QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar field.
• 5+ years’ experience in demand/supply planning or operations.
• Practical experience with IBP/S&OE, scenario planning, and KPI management (OTIF, inventory days, capacity utilization).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor M3 a plus) and strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or Spanish language skills are a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cellfeed is Nutreco’s innovation hub for cellular agriculture—a new way of producing protein by feeding cells in bioreactors. To help this field scale, we develop the nutritional solutions that enable cultivated‑meat producers to grow their cells consistently and efficiently.
We’re hiring a Supply Chain Lead to set up and run Cellfeed’s end‑to‑end supply chain from our pilot plant in Boxmeer, NL. As Cellfeed’s dedicated supply chain professional, you’ll combine hands‑on execution with strategic build‑out.
This role connects Cellfeed’s fast‑moving, innovation culture with Nutreco’s Global Supply Points (GSP) - our internal production and logistics network with locations in the Netherlands, Germany, and the USA, supporting the global supply of specialties across Nutreco. You’ll work as part of the GSP community, leveraging its standards, systems, and expertise and adapting them to Cellfeed’s early‑stage, R&D‑driven environment.
Your mission: deliver seamless planning, inventory, and logistics today, while building scalable processes for tomorrow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and evolve Cellfeed’s end‑to‑end supply chain: planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Lead weekly S&OE and monthly IBP cycles; turn scenarios into clear decisions.
• Partner with Global Supply Points to adopt best practices while tailoring them to Cellfeed’s scale and pace.
• Shape policies for planning, replenishment, and inventory; optimize working capital without compromising service.
• Coordinate logistics and warehousing with external providers; drive continuous improvement in cost‑to‑serve.
