EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Customer service, planning, procurement or Logistics).

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This role will manage E2E Supply chain which includes managing customer service, NPD networks and Supply planning. Also The role is designed to support customer service from different countries around the world to LATAM customers, this role has interactions with planners to confirm supply, with logistic to guarantee bookings with commercial as internal customer and with external customers.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Your key responsibilities include:

Customer Service & Logistics

  • Manage complete Order to delivery cycle for Americas business
  • Lead supply chain customer service operations with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction and strengthen collaboration with customer supply chain team.
  • Manage order service levels KPIs
  • Track secondary sales and market inventory closely with BDMs and Distributors
  • Highlight/ Red flag to SU on Supply plan gaps, shipping document delays which can impact order/delivery service level KPI’s.
  • Accountable for resolving issues like Supply delays, document errors and shortage/damage claims.
  • MIS Reporting on monthly and quarterly view of Open orders, Supply plan, Sales, Ambition and Supply Chain Service rate
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, CD Ops to drive monthly Demand review and weekly DSR meeting with focus on improving SR, FA and FB
  • Coordinate with UI Logistics & Global Freight procurement team for New Lanes creation.
  • Monitoring of Import Shipments and ensure on time delivery of documents to customers. ( KPI – DOTIF )
  • Oversee that there is no error in shipping documents, as per agreed CSI (Customer Shipping Information)
  • Resolve any issues with the shipping lines while shipment clearance at the port, ensuring No Demurrage and Detention
  • Drive Import Logistics optimization and cost reduction projects
  • Manage International Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries from various countries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Order Processing: track international orders working hand by hand with Capgemini support, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery monthly
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to overseas transactions promptly and efficiently, working with supporting teams across the world (India , Indonesia, UK, Korea)
  • Coordinate with Logistics: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.

Supply Planning & NPDs

  • Responsible for L4L production planning for Partnership Americas business and prepare weekly Supply plans .
  • Responsible to ensure smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods to meet required delivery dates
  • Conduct collabs and finalise production plans for multiple product codes to meet required delivery dates.
  • Work collaboratively with Procurement teams to ensure quarterly forecast is shared with suppliers to ensure RPM availability.
  • Responsible for monthly DSR analysis, which includes Mold & factory capacity planning.
  • Monitor plan compliance of the manufacturing facilities and work collaboratively with the factory to ensure 100% compliance levels.
  • Responsible to deliver Service rate target for Partnership Americas cluster along with supply chain team.
  • Business partner finance/procurement to drive Transfer Price optimization by driving right forecast, information and savings projects across Partnership Americas portfolios
  • Drive and support Americas NPDs and ensure smooth delivery of transition projects without impacting service and minimizing the SLOB due to transitions
