We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain through effective execution of the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process within the buying planning function. The purpose of the MRP process is to maintain raw material & consumable inventory at appropriate levels to meet both safety stock and manufacturing requirements, while not holding excess stock and managing expiry risk. The role is also responsible for ensuring adherence to inventory strategies for critical raw material & consumables to meet business requirements. This position is responsible for proactively resolving complex issues through cross functional engagement, identifying and leading process improvement, managing scenario planning and risk analysis.
This role requires a strong understanding of end-to -end Supply Chain and the candidate is expected to influence decisions and strategies across multiple functional disciplines at site level.
This role requires data analytics skills to ensure data driven decisions are made to optimize supply chain performance.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Third level qualification education with 3+ years supply chain experience
- Relevant qualification in purchasing / supply chain would be a distinct advantage

Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance supply chain performance.
- Identify & lead process improvements to align with business strategy.
- Vendor Management- maintain strong relationships with vendors through continuous collaboration.
- Proactive Inventory Management- maintain safety stock levels while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired products.
- Engage in key scheduling and planning meetings.
- Proactively engage in scenario planning.
- Maintain accurate SAP master data for the Buying Planning function: safety stock levels, PIR, lead times, incoterms etc.
- Strong Cross functional engagement to prevent supply constraints.
- Support quality & technical function with vendor complaints & Supplier Change Notifications.
- Preparation and delivery of Supply chain reports and metrics.
- Provide planning SME knowledge to support NC/CAPA investigations.
- Data Analytics- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Other responsibilities based on business requirements.
