About Us:
We are a leading furniture manufacturer and retailer based in Ajax, Ontario, with a heritage in crafting quality furniture. We’re seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support our supply chain operations.
Role Overview:
As Supply Chain / Logistics Analyst, you will perform hands-on administrative work managing the full supply chain process—from purchasing materials, through production scheduling, to coordinating shipping and delivery. This role suits an advanced administrator skilled in Excel who can visualize and oversee the entire workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Purchase fabrics and materials, including supplier coordination, order placement, and quality management
  • Manage fabric inventory, conduct regular counts, and maintain accurate stock records
  • Schedule production runs, allocate resources, and align timelines with demand
  • Plan truck logistics for inbound materials and outbound shipments to optimize costs and timing
  • Generate and analyze reports on supply chain metrics, inventory turnover, and performance using Excel
  • Monitor the end-to-end process (purchasing to scheduling to shipping) to identify issues and implement fixes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced administrative skills with education in administration, business, or related field
  • Exceptional Excel proficiency for data tracking, analysis, and visualization (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Ability to visualize the full supply chain picture and manage interconnected processes
  • Detail-oriented organizer comfortable with hands-on, routine tasks—no senior experience required
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills for daily operations

Technical Skills Preferred:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Basic familiarity with supply chain tools or ERP systems is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new software
