Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and buy furniture and fit-out materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishes
• Get quotations from suppliers, compare prices, and share with the manager for approval
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to the factory or site
• Coordinate with the project and production team on material needs
• Check delivered materials match the order in quantity and quality
• Keep purchase records, invoices, and supplier details updated
• Help maintain a list of reliable suppliers in the UAE

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of purchasing experience in furniture, joinery, or fit-out
• Basic knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and finishes
• Knowledge of local suppliers in the UAE market
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email). ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
