• Coordinate domestic and international freight bookings, shipments and deliveries.
• Track inbound freight, customs clearance and warehouse deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL providers.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, stock transfers and order fulfilment across Australia and New Zealand.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve delays and fulfilment issues.
• Maintain inventory records, reconciliations and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate product returns, damaged stock and reverse logistics.
• Prepare logistics reports and monitor 3PL performance.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve logistics processes.

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain or warehousing preferred.
• Experience working with 3PL providers, carriers and freight forwarders.
• Understanding of inbound freight and import/export processes.
• Australian logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• ERP/WMS systems experience, with Cin7 desirable.
• Strong Excel, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandarin proficiency highly desirable.
