Job Description Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation Internship: As a Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation intern, you will be involved in omnichannel supply chain operations and projects, supporting both our e-commerce and retail logistics. Think of examples like: Ownership of one of our global warehouses Setup the CO2 footprint reporting Key user of our monitoring dashboard Splunk Assisting in optimizing logistics for our retail locations Roll-out new marketplaces in Europe & China Define operating procedures for warehouse excellence Support data driven working by analyzing operational performance and quality reports It is a dynamic and varied internship, so no day is the same. Within this internship there is room for a lot of personal input, and we expect a high degree of independence. You collaborate with our Retail operations, Webshop team, Marketing, Planning, Customer Relations and Finance team. You reach out to external suppliers to collect relevant performance data and work together with Business Technology on further improvements of our Omni-Channel tools. Both internal-and external stakeholder management is a key part of this role. As part of the Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation team, you will help coordinate daily fulfillment operations and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing both e-commerce and retail logistics services. Given the fast-paced environment of Rituals, you should be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications To be eligible for this internship you must be currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO/University and living in the Netherlands.
