Customer Fulfilment Internship Step into the dynamic world of customer fulfilment within the Rituals Logistics team, a key player in our fast-paced supply chain operations. As an intern, you'll work on projects that fuel our retail & digital growth. Your responsibilities will include handling IT and data queries, supporting end-to-end order fulfilment using EVA (OMS) and D365 (ERP), resolving product defect cases, and collaborating with Customer Relations, Warehousing, Digital and Local Head Office teams. You'll also serve as the key contact for internal teams regarding emerging sales channels, ensuring effective communication and integration across departments. Additionally, you'll assess warehouse performance, conduct competitor benchmarks, and drive process improvements by mapping workflows to identify bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities. Depending on your interests and business priorities, you may focus on data-driven deep dives, such as analyzing returns management or carrier return flows, to uncover insights and drive measurable improvements. Logistics Operations Internship (Thesis) As a Logistics Operations Intern, you will be joining a team which is responsible for all the global warehousing and transport activities within Rituals. Via our extensive (partner-)network, the logistics operations team makes sure that all B2B (Retail, Wholesale, Travel) and B2C (E-commerce) customers receive their orders on-time and in-full. During this internship, you will get familiar with various topics that are related to our warehousing and transport landscape. As we currently have multiple interesting topics (e.g. pallet management) that might be suitable for a thesis, we are looking for someone who is willing to conduct this research while being part of the Logistics Operations team. To do this successfully, we are looking for someone who has a curious mindset, is analytical, has good communication skills and likes to solve a (logistical) puzzle. If you're ready to explore the world of logistics with Rituals, apply now!
