WE HAVE AN EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY, DRIVEN BY OUR CONTINUING GROWTH AT PAVERS, FOR A FULL-TIME SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS MANAGER TO JOIN OUR HEAD OFFICE STOCK MOVEMENT DEPARTMENT ON A PERMANENT BASIS AT OUR YORK HEAD OFFICE.

You will be responsible for efficient management of both inbound and outbound logistics operations, optimising supply chain processes, and driving continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness, through your team, supporting the Logistics Lead to meet KPI’s, budgets and the all-important I/O plan.
We are looking for a proactive and driven colleague to take on responsibility for streamlining the entire supply chain process, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing the company’s ability to meet customer demands. Our aim is to have a more integrated approach to managing both inbound and outbound logistics. You’ll do this by having strategic ownership to develop and implement freight management strategies, optimise goods in and out processes, managing supplier relationships and performance, implementing process improvements across the supply chain.
This role will report into our Logistics Lead and will directly manage the supply chain and logistics team, including Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, a Supply Chain Administrator/Apprentice, and a Logistics Coordinator.
