Position summary: As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of logistics activities within the Hatvan Logistics Center. • Key responsibilities: Planning logistics strategy and monitoring budget performance
• Managing inventory and ensuring efficient product flow
• Leading, developing, and mentoring the logistics team
• Optimizing and automating logistics processes
• Coordinating picking, packing, and administrative operations
• Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members
• Performing operational duty shifts to ensure smooth warehouse operations and business continuity

• Required skills & experience: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven experience in team leadership and/or logistics operations
