The Suppl Chain Logistics Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods, materials, and products across the supply chain. This role ensures efficient transportation, inventory flow, and delivery performance while minimizing costs and meeting customer service expectations. The Logistics Planner works closely with production, warehousing, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business goals. Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 + bonus Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Schedule: Monday - Friday Location: Fresno, CA Travel Requirements: None Work Environment: In-Office Requirements Core Responsibilities: Develop and manage 2-month intercompany rail shipping plan Create and maintain raw material intercompany POs to drive purchasing needs Monitor inventory levels and shelf-life balances and execute transfer plans to mitigate expiration risks Manage and update freight allowances Optimize freight utilization, routing, and delivery schedules to reduce costs Track shipments and resolve delays, shortages, or logistical issues in real time Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and freight costs Analyze logistics data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement Support month-end reporting and performance metrics related to logistics and transportation Coordinate transfer needs for ecommerce sales outlets Be the point person for SKU change requests and new SKU creation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel Experience working with carriers, freight management, or route planning Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain planning Preferred Qualifications: Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) Knowledge of freight optimization and cost modeling Familiarity with demand planning and inventory management principles Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma a plus) Additional Information Our compensation program is designed to attract, motivate, and retain the very best people.
